The recorded Concert Video of the RVCC’s Live Performance of ‘A Nutcracker Holiday Spectacular!” at the Salem Football Stadium has been specially edited into a VIRTUAL CONCERT premiering on the RVCC YouTube Channel on Thursday, December 23rd at 7:00pm. The Virtual Concert Video is a 45 minute, festive, fun, beautiful, jam-packed video viewing experience featuring all the best moments from the live performance! If you missed the concert in-person or even if you were there to see it live, you don’t want to miss watching the video performance! It’s the perfect way to celebrate the season with your family and share the joy of the Holidays with loved ones anywhere around the world! Today was a very special day in the Roanoke Valley Children’s Choir. We presented a Spectacular Concert Performance at the Salem Football stadium singing Holiday Favorites and Nutcracker themed songs. Our choristers sang beautifully and remembered all of the details we’ve been working on! BRAVO! And Bravo and congratulations to the amazing team of dancers from Southwest Virginia Ballet, led by the kind, talented and motivational Mr. Pedro Szalay. They danced so beautifully! The Roanoke Chamber Brass is a pure delight to make music with. Thank you Roanoke Chamber Brass! And a deep bow and grateful Thank You to Maestro Steven White who inspired our audience and singers today.
What an exciting and beautiful day to have months of planning and practicing come together! Congratulations Choristers, Dancers, Brass, Maestro, volunteers working backstage, Stage Sound, Red Velocity Video and the fine folks at the Salem Civic Center and Football Field. Congratulations and thank you!

The Roanoke Valley Children’s Choir is celebrating 35 years of music under the direction Kimberly Ruse Davidson. This exciting performance will feature holiday favorites, familiar songs, and selections from “The Nutcracker” performed by both the RVCC and SWVA Ballet. Ring in the holidays with voices of angels as we celebrate this joyous season together!

The concert will also include a community sing-a-long of holiday favorites for all!

Children (6-12): $12, 5 & under are free
