About Choir Emails
We regularly send group emails to each choir. Starting December 12th, 2024, we have switched over the choir emails to use “Gaggle Mail”, instead of Google Groups. There were some recent updates at Google Groups which caused problems adding new email addresses to the lists, so we made the switch. We added the email addresses from the choir rosters to the new email lists at “Gaggle Mail”, so if you are in an RVCC program, you should receive choir emails at your email address just the same way as always. Viewing Choir Email Archive Online
Note: To view the choir email archive from before 12/12/2024, before we made the switch from Google Groups to Gaggle Mail, you can click here: Google Groups choir email archive
To view an archive of the choir emails from the past month from “Gaggle Mail”, you can do the following:
In the footer of a choir email, click “My Membership Preferences”
On this page, you can manage your preference, and to view the past month’s message archive, click on the left on “Messages”. You can bookmark or copy and paste the Messages page URL somewhere for future use.
If you have not already set up a Gaggle Mail account, it will now prompt you to do that
After you create an account, it will send a validation email to your email address.
When you click on the email validation link, it will go back to your Gaggle Mail account, where you can click on the left on “Messages”, to view an archive of the past month’s choir emails. You can bookmark or copy and paste the Messages page URL somewhere for future use.
Adding Another Email Address To One Of The Choir Email Lists
